Our first and most versatile seasoning and rub. THE ORIGINAL is blended with 12 different herbs and spices and does not include salt and sugar.

Reminiscent of the base ingredients of a mole sauce, THE ORIGINAL blend includes fennel seed and 4 types of chiles to create a rich, complex flavor profile.

Use THE ORIGINAL spice blend in almost any chili recipe, in marinades for grilled chicken or pork, as the blackening seasoning on fish or shrimp, or in any side dish calling for chili powder such as Mexican black beans, roasted vegetables, or dips.

THE JERK

THE JERK seasoning and dry rub is crafted to deliver all of the complex flavors of a traditional Caribbean Jerk dry rub without the incendiary heat often associated with this cooking style. In our blend, we balance the heat of cayenne with the smokiness of Korean chile flakes, Vermont maple sugar, and the bold flavors of allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Use THE JERK seasoning and rub in any recipe calling for a Jerk dry rub, in marinades for grilled chicken and pork, on pan seared fish and shrimp, roasted vegetables, or as the key ingredient in an injection marinade for roasted chicken or turkey.

THE ROJO seasoning and rub uses the sweet, fruity, smoky flavor of guajillo chiles to bring bold flavors and the distinctive red color of traditional harissa blends. The addition of tomato and honey powders adds another layer of tangy sweetness to this unique blend.

Use THE ROJO seasoning and rub in any recipe calling for a harissa dry rub, in ground turkey or beef for tacos and nachos, in marinades for grilled chicken and pork, on pan seared fish and shrimp, roasted vegetables. You can also make your own home-made harissa paste.

THE JAVA seasoning and rub combines coffee and cacao powder, the subtle sweetness of coconut sugar, and other aromatic herbs and spices for a truly distinctive flavor.
